This is good horror when it gets going. The opening is slow, something should have happened sooner to set the tone, even a fake out.

The hand sanitizer is set up well. I don't buy that it would still be flammable when mixed with vomit, but it doesn't matter. Jared shoved a flaming brand down the creature's maw. Hand sanitizer or not, that's a fatality.

What I don't like is their last lines. They just witnessed their friend getting murdered and they nearly died and some weird stuff's going on, but hey, no better time for jokes, right? Now they're jerks again and I don't care if they live or die, which is too bad because they'd basically redeemed themselves.

Second creature, so they're going to die. Who am I supposed to be rooting for?

It's good, overall. Not great, but good.
