If people were actually serious about it they would have sent me a vote like I asked so I guess they were just making idle conversation, the Walters are a yearly oscar type ego boost for the ones who need it.

The people who win may or may not deserve it half the time because there isn't competition, I'm not saying there fixed but there are a lot overlooked

I think this idea was on my side anyways a bi weekly pat on the back to 10 good screenplays, like the charts for music

well i still think it's a good idea.  however, finding time to read screenplays (and i mean, i have time right now obviously, but in my current state could not comprehend it at any comprehendable level of intelligence) is difficult for me.  

and there's so many!!!

That is a good idea and i would not mind helping out on it.

wellll....i'm gonna ask that Between the Walls be considered...until i can find some other good scripts out there and the time to read them.

This could happen but only 2 people actually voted and I've said many times to vote and I'll start it up

i think that there's so many scripts on here that its gonna take everyone longer then two weeks on here, so maybe there should be certain scripts chosen and we vote on them...maybe like two scripts from each genre and then everyone could vote on one script from each genre....maybe. lol

Well that could work but than again I'd just pick the top few from each genre because not even I know what people like, it's what you like not what i think you would like

It doesn't matter if you haven't read anything but two scripts, if you like 2 screenplays that aren't yours vote. Eventually after the first time there will be a top 10 and than you can read them and vote for them if you feel like doing so and vote for other ones you think deserve to be on there

so no ego boosters allowed?

perhaps YOU could just choose the top ones, like you suggested, in your opinion, and we could have a smaller list to choose from.  

plus, we would of course add to that list ones we read sepearte from your list.

also u could do a top 10/20 by how many views/replys it gets.

I could do it anytime but I don't want to pick a top 10 so anyone who thinks they've read enough screenplays to say a top 10 pm me with your top 10 list and if I agree I'll post it and you the person who sends me this list can stay anonymous if you want to

but you have to have actually read more than say 20 screenplays to send me a list, if you send it asap I can have a list by the next day and than after that I'll see how many times a month we should have voting or if it should be once a month depending on the reaction it gets
