Can someone give me the correct way to format your scripts. I am unsure how you do this. I write so much, but I never know if it is in the right format. Can someone just answer this question.

Thanks a bunch.

Jimbo

Try reading some scripts, and this thread belongs in the Sreenwriiting calss forum.

But here goes...

INT in a slugline (  a scene heading) means in side.
eg.

INT. DEN also adding a time of day (night, day) at the end of EXT (outside) will tell the time of day. (duh)

Speech.

                                               NAME OF CHARACTER
                                 Bla bla bla bla bla

                                 |

                                 |

Notice where the speech starts? The rest of the script, the speech starts at that margin ,no where else.

Present tense, all the time for action.

You've come a long way, Ben.  Nice work.

There's several threads that deal with formatting along with specific aspects.  If a script has a   then it's generally got the right formatting.
