In an attempt to become a more active part of the Simply Script community again, I'm looking for scripts to review.  No exchange needed or anything, just something to pass the time.

The last time I did this, I got a little bombarded with scripts, so if we can try to keep it to 5 at a time, that would be great.  I'll make sure to post when I'm done with those 5, but if I get more than that, I feel bad if it takes me too long to get to people.

So features or shorts, let me know! I'm excited to read what's out there now.

Ah, altruism - I've heard about this...  (o:

Can I get an I.O.U.?  I will have a revised version of my feature "Grand Avenue" (comedy) up within the next week or two.

I'm gonna nip in there and say the 6 of us who submitted entries into the 7WC would all appreciate your attention and expertise.

Flattery will get you everywhere.

Guess who's back? Back again?

I'll throw yours at the top of the list, but I'm basically going to make this on a first come, first serve basis from those who actually post on here.  That way, maybe I can get some shorts thrown in there to cleanse my palette after reading features (not to say they're bad or anything, but you know what I mean).  But if I get 5 features in a row, so be it.

In short, I'll read "One Last Christmas".

Hi Dressel,

I'd love to hear your thoughts on my short 'Heavenly Intentions' if you haven't already read it.

Cheers,

Craig

Hi,

I would love to hear what you have to say about my short "The Forgotten Christmas Tape" if you have the time. It's only 9 pages.

Do you have anything new coming up soon?

I've already got some helpful opinions on it, but if you'd like to read one of mine, you could try "24/7". It's very long for a short, but it's too short to be a feature. Lol.

If you're interested, page 3 in the Shorts area.

No sweat. It's #4.

As for myself, I haven't done much writing as of late, aside from a touch-up on my latest draft of "Casting Kristin".  I'm doing a pretty drastic overhaul of "Based on a True Story" in the coming months, but nothing I'm posted to the boards.

It'll be #5, thus capping off this series of reads.  I'm glad to see I got a good mixture of features and shorts, as I have to fit this in between spurts of work I'm doing.  Looking forward to all this though!

Dressel,

Thanks very much - I appreciate the time.  And though it would make six, I'll leave it to you as to whether you want to read the current version or wait for the re-write.

I'll wait for the re-write.  Otherwise it could just become this big back-and-forth of me saying "Well, I'd change this." and you saying "I already changed that."
