The submit a script link, on the Home page:
http://www.simplyscripts.com/submit_your_script_new.html There is a box there for comments and stuff, that go right to Don.
Tell him it is a rewrite and he'll swap it out for you.
That holds for any script, btw, not just a OWC.
[Edit: Oh, you asked when haha. After the challenge, and he'll probably have a backlog of stuff to post, too. I would give it at least a week or two]
