John August help design it. It looks cool but when I use this on FD8 windows on old scripts it adds to pages by a LOT. Anyone else have this same issue? maybe I'll use it for older screenplays.
"Screenwriters shouldn't spend their lives looking at an ugly typeface." -- I find Courier FD fine, and not ugly. I am sure Courier FinalDraft's feelings are really hurt by that comment!
"No matter what you do, your job is to tell your story..."
I don't think the decision on a screenplays merits will ever come down the flavour of courier typeface used - this type of unecessary fussing is like trying to write with a broken pencil - there is no point to it.
So, I used Celtx to write my script. The font looked correct until I saved the pdf. Now the pdf is in some type of funky font (you can see my script under scifi entitled "Dark Speed" to see what I am talking about).
I tried all kinds of things to fix it. I even re-downloaded Celtx. Does anyone know how to fix this? I should point out that I am using a PC (Acer) with Windows Vista (64 bit).
I would like to get this fixed so I can resubmit my script in the correct font with a few revisions. Thanks for your help!

One of a very small group of people that actually saw Kevin Costner's "The Postman" in theaters, and I LOVED it!
When you downloaded it, did you read everything first--? It's not compatible with celtix. I believe it only caters to FD. Anyway, email celtix self-help, maybe they can assist, or better yet, try to shoot the makers of courier prime one. It can't hurt.
