Just a WARNING-- You may find it very CONFRONTING as Chapter 1 does depicts the childhood of a future Serial Killer. Russell Fletcher is extremely intelligent for a nine year old boy, though his perpetual Bullying and dysfunctional home has pushed him into an unusual direction.

It is in the vein of "Silence of the Lambs" though I feel the twists and turns along the way are much more significant.

I have done a huge amount of research into Serial Killers over a period of 7-8 years and feel that Chapter 1, even though disturbing, does capture the essence of their nature.

For those who are stunned after reading Chapter 1 and can only say "WOW", I'll forward you a bit more in due course to wet your appetite further.

Being the Easter weekend I have been so busy that I finally noticed your post at 4am. Who needs sleep really?

I have been on and off my novel for the last 12 months though hope to publish it over the next few months.

I finished chapter one. Russell is one sick kid. I see some deep foreshadowing of what he might be capable as an adult.i think it would be interesting to see how he treats someone his age that shows him kindness.

He doesn't have anyone his age that is kind to him and really the story from here moves on 20 years into the future so we don't really get a chance of that happening.

Won't give any spoilers regarding the story going forward so I'll leave it at that.
