I know we are still knee deep in a Quickie, but does anyone know if there is going to be a WT this year, or has Sean officially had enough?

I'm game for a writer's tournament later in the year when the 3 quickie challenges are done!

If Sean doesn't want to run one then we could do one as a combined effort (a different writer runs each week of the tournament, I'd be happy to pitch in)

Week 1 challenge: Write a script with 1 location, 1 character, no audio or visuals and you can't use any vowels.

I loved taking part I'm the WT last year. At that point I was furloughed and had all the time in the world. Not saying no, it would just be tricky depending on the criteria.

Head to head action. I loved the first one we had. The last one seemed a little complicated, but maybe that was just me.

I love those but I won’t participate. It’s just - life is after me these days and I’m sure I won’t be able to finish smthing as complicated as WT

Always happy to contribute a script (or three) to any challenges on SS, love the variety and they force me out of my comfort zone.

I'd be down for a writers tournament later this year.

I do remember him saying there would be three, in another thread I commented that I thought we might be losing something from the script in each challenge, first one no visuals, second maybe no dialogue, third something else?

But you have definitely piqued my interest.
