Pretzel Films (www.pretzelfilms.com) are offering fantastic opportunity for aspiring Screenwriters. We are looking for well-executed short film scripts with the view to making the film next year.

At this stage we are asking applicants to submit a 150-word synopsis briefly outlining their story. We will then shortlist 25 applicants who will be required to submit their full script and from which, the winner will be chosen.

We are particularly interested in the drama genre and we ask that the scripts not exceed 10 minutes in length.

(Please note that due to high volumes of entries we are unable to offer feedback on synopses.)
Please email andrea@pretzelfilms.com with your synopsis, a covering letter and contact details.

The deadline for submissions is 19/09/08

Good luck.

I know, but by asking a question, we can see if the OP ever comes back, or if the post was a one-time deal.

Good work.  If I didn't know better, I'd think your last name was Marlowe.

Sure,

We are a corporate film company based in London. Our clients include: Nokia, Honda, Tearfund, Network Rail.

If you look at our website you'll get the idea - http://www.pretzelfilms.com

We are starting to think about branching in new directions hence the call for short scripts.

Hi Pretzel, glad you made an appearance.

I was looking at your site earlier and wanted to ask if you are looking at a movie set in the UK or the US? I noticed you have a NY office and thought maybe you were looking to shoot from there?

Cheers
