Not a script writing contest - but thought it might still be of interest:

http://www.bartlebysnopes.com/contests.htm

Compose a short story entirely of dialogue. You may use as many characters as you want. Your entry must be under 2000 words. Your entry does not have to follow standard rules for writing dialogue. Your entry cannot use any narration (this includes tag lines such as he said, she said, etc.). These are the only rules. Manipulate them however you see fit.

There's prize money and publication for the winners.

The contest closes on September 15th and the entry fee is $10 for unlimited entries.

If you like writing dialogue, or consider it a strength of your work, then this may well be worth taking a look at.

This contest looks like fun!  It could be a great way to work on dialogue.  We all struggle with it and who knows, one of us could take the prize!  Thanks for posting this.

No problem. I know a lot of script writing contests get posted here, but as I also write short stories, I tend to know what's going on with these kind of competitions. If I see any more that might be of interest, I'll post details.
