Not officially announced yet, but sharp-eyed Internet folks have noticed that FAQ updated with a new genre: Female-led Thriller

https://impactcreativesystems.com/netflix-faq

I don’t have anything for this one because they want a thriller.

Edit: Looks like Anthony was one of those sharp-eyed folks. He already had a thread up about it.

Feature-length scripts:
Who Wants to Be a Princess? (Family)
Glass House (Horror anthology)

TV pilots:
"Kord" (Fantasy)
"Mal Suerte" (Superhero)

Additional scripts are listed here.

Many things can fall under the "thriller" category. Although they mention Silence of the Lambs and Gone Girl, they also mention "What Lies Beneath" as an example, and that's a horror thriller. So I'm definitely gonna work on my 30 second video pitch w/ my script, which leans horror.

Still haven't finished the rewrite of Desert Tears, but maybe that could be a fit?

Definitely. I'd give it a shot.

I have a female led Thriller comedy, which they may not be after, but I'll pitch it anyway!

Hmm.

I have a crime one (La Loteria) with a female, Latina lead - maybe with some minor mods I could squeeze this in

The only mod you'll need Dave is to call it a crime/thriller and pitch it as being heavy on the thriller
