This was an unusual take on the sci-fi genre.  It seems more like a drama in the near future rather than an all out sci-fi.

Anyway,

It was good, well written.  I felt there was one too many rat references.

The farming community would have been an interesting angle.  Guarded by the army or upgraded defences by the government with 9ft walls to stop break ins.

I don't think fish would be that affected by cooler climates.

I felt that the ban on history was an interesting angle to dive into.  As the internet is still about, and hopefully Simplyscripts.  Why was there a ban?  Or as mentioned, monitored?

What about the archives and tv?  And the education system?

There was alot to go into but what was achieved was fine and pleasant.  A happy ending at least.

I'm happy you didn't go with salty liquorice, yuk.

All the best,

Javier
