The story was your typical action-type plot.  Helicopters, agents on bikes, etc.  Some things that could improve the story would be to rename the characters and improve the sentence structure.  There are too many characters named Clone (insert number).  Give them actual names.  You had a lot of fragments too.  I would re-write them as complete sentences.
