My name is Nicklaus Louis, but you can call me Poke.  I am a screenwriter living in Austin, TX.

I would not say I have completed any screenplays because in my opinion, they can always be upgraded.  I would say that I have achieved some sort of completion on four or five screenplays, none of which have made me the next Charlie Kaufman.  Go figure.

I am currently working on a second draft of a Horror script I wrote titled "Thieves in the Night."  Also I am collaborating via the web with a screenwriter in the UK on a crime drama tentatively titled "The Shakedown."

I'll be posting some of my work in the coming weeks, but for now I wanted to drop in and introduce myself.
