My friend inspired me to write my own list, and here's what I came up with.

I've put it in my blogsite - http://lumberjacklover.blogspot.com

This thread took an odd turn.  Interesting.

A few more things I would like to do before I die:

Gather all the world's wisest men and women in one place and listen to them speak and debate about philosophy, science, and all those sort of things.

Meet Bill Gates.

See the legalization of same-sex marriage in America.

Rob's List of Things to do Before I die

1)  Be amongst many penguins
2)  Go to a Lakers' home game

I don't remember the ones I wrote down!

1.  Sell a script...
2.  Then buy Don a beer.

Who needs 48 more?

Now that the thread has been cleared up, here's my list.

Ten Things I Could Think Of At This Time:
1. Compile the most comprehensive library of zombie films. - Well on my way, I currently own over 50.
2. Build my dream personal cinema. - I have posters! I'm on my way.
3. Find a girl who can share my ecclectic taste in films.
4. Visit Japan. - Working on it. Wouldn't be for at least two, maybe three years, but I'm working on it.
5. Get over my fear or being touched.
6. Get rid of this social anxiety, or...
7. ...turn my social anxiety into some weird trademark like my hat and toothpick. - Yeah, this is how it's probably going to be.
8. Get over my arachnophobia.
9. Sell a screenplay.
10. Make my zombie movie.

1/ Write a feature length script.

2/ Write a better feature length script.

3/ Write a feature length script that is good enough to get made into a film.

4/ Beat the murder charges I'm facing next month.

5/ Turn my local criminal network into a global criminal empire.

6/ Stop confusing my movie ideas with my life.

7/ Learn to surf.

8/ Come up with another 42 things for this list.

Terrific.  The only other Australian on the site and they happen to be a murderer.

I thought so. It’s easier when you can see someone smile
And keep it dark about me being an Aussie, I've got them all thinking I'm Japanese. Lol.

I should have added this, but here it is and almost fulfilled too.

51. Join a gym - did it tonight and have my induction tomorrow. GOD help me. Always had a fear of going....

An extremely nervous Andy who wanted to cry in the foyer alone.

Andy, it is well worth the effort.  Before I went, I was not only overweight, but I was also quite weak which made my back frequently hurt.  Now, though, three years after joining a gym program, I've lost much of the weight and can now bench almost 210 pounds.  It may take awhile, but it is very much worth the wait.

Cheers.

Hey SyCo,

That's enocouraging to know. But, it's soooooo off putting when you see so many guys in there and then even worse, a lot of girls with smokin bodies who granted, take care of themselves, but make you feel even worse about yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT, I paid, I have to go now. I wanted to start here in the UK, so that I can then join a gym confidently in vancouver and continue the whole new attitude and lifestyle change!!! I've just never done it before and would rather have tarantulas crawling all over me than do this, but hey, gotta start someday.

Ok, I will try to stay positive and not wuss out, even though I really am dreading it.

Thanks for the thoughts, much appreciated,
Andy xxxx
