This isn't a script, this is a real movie. I've got funding from an India based studio that will be helping us through the production. We're talking with another distributor about a DVD release.

But thats OK, I don't need anyones belief or approval, as this film is already in the works. I'm not some immature punk hyping up a script, I'm simply excited that one of my first jobs is directing an independent *FUNDED(HECK YES* fantasy film.

And yes, I have credited the writer of the novel in everything but the poster. He'll have a slot in the credits of the film and a % of whatever profit we make.

I'm not going to get mad over something like this, because this is just how my life on these boards is going to work. Anything I do or say will be takin out of context and turned into something to be used against me. I don't see how this thread has run its course, seeing as how its about my first job, and basically this film is my first job and the job is one that I'm able to update on ever so often.

But fine, lock this thread and forget that I ever got this job and that I'm making this film. Forget about me if you want to. Maybe if I'm forgotten less things like this would happen.

No -- your first job was, like, web designing or something.  Your not doing that anymore, hence, the thread is done.

Now you are working on a film -- I was suggesting you start a WIP thread for people who might be interested in that.

This thread is an inadequate home for updates, and I thought your little project deserved its own thread.

I thought I was being helpful, but do what you want, man.  Your persecution complex is kind of weird.

I can never tell online whether people are being rude or if they are joking around or being helpfull, so I'm sorry if I came off mad, I just misunderstood.
