Okay, I love Halloween as much as everyone else on this board (maybe, I'd have to check with a few people) because, well, it's just pretty much the awesomeness holiday in the year. (Yeah that's right, better than Christmas and...erm, Thanksgiving?) If you read the message beneath my avatar picture, that is another reason why I like Halloween.

But yeah I was wondering, what is your favorite halloween creature? But yeah, just to get an idea to know more about people here.

And I, uh, shouldn't have to tell you my favorite creature, should I? But for those who are quiet oblivious...:

For me it appears as though seans favorite halowwen creature is the "image not available" red x monster.  Frightening.

For me, I would have to say vampires, the most intelligent of the haloween creatures.

Oh, and if you fancy a read with these wonderful creatures, along with a bit of humor, check out Love Bites in the comedy section.

Did it not load?

Well if you can't read it, it says "I 'heart' zombies."

I've always liked Frankenstein. I also think Renfield is great, even though he's not a creature, but still a great horror character.

"Picture Porky Pig raping Elmer Fudd" - George Carlin
"I have to sign before you shoot me?" - Navin Johnson
"It'll take time to restore chaos" - George W. Bush
"Harry, I love you!" - Ben Affleck
"What are you looking at, sugar t*ts?" - The man without a face
"Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day must be put to death." - Exodus 31:15
"No one ever expects The Spanish Inquisition!" - The Spanish Inquisition
"Matt Damon" - Matt Damon

I can't watch anything with vampires in it much... things sucking on blood makes me puke. Saying that, zombies do like to chomp on flesh and guts but for some reason I don't mind that.

I'm not sure if it's a creature but I would say ghosts. If not ghosts then zombies I guess... the one's from Dawn of the Dead, 'cause they run! Aaagghh!

I may be an idiot, but I'm no idiot.

Quoted Text
Objections to celebrating Halloween are not limited to those of the Abrahamic religions. Some members of the Wiccan practice feel that the tradition is offensive to real witches for promoting a stereotypical caricature of a witch.[29] Additionally, many Wiccans and other neo-Pagan adherents object to Halloween as a vulgarized, commercialized mockery of the original Samhain rituals which are traditionally celebrated at October 31.

What they said.

When you're a kid Halloween is special because you get free candy but as you get older, it just becomes another day.

They play all the scary movies they can leading up to Halloween, as a gimmick to suck you in but a scary movie is a scary movie no matter what time of year it is.

My favorite creature is those people who actually live as a witch or vampire because you know those people are so diluted that they believe in the mythos.

Wait until you have kids of your own -- then it becomes special again.

Halloween is never just another day lol

That being said my favorite Halloween "monster" is more a place than a thing.  Like the Overlook hotel in "The Shining"

Ghosts freak me out man

Haha - I don't have to do that, I still love it no matter how old I am! I personally am a fan of evil clowns....

It's a sexy scary obsession, intitiated by the hottest clown ever, played by Mr.Schwing Tim Curry, lol!!

I cannot wait to catch up on all my horror movies I've missed this past year whilst travelling.

Okay, you got my attention with the clowns!
I hate em!
They scare the crap out of me.
Anything else is fine, werewolfs, vampires, frankie, zombies, ghosts, even the cute little girl with the pet rat on her shoulder... They're like a box of Halloween chocolates to me

but those darned clowns (even Bozo) make me want to run for cover.
Scary stuff!
