Hello everyone. Long time visitor to your site, but finally I've gotten around to joining the community. Glad to be here, and I hope that you all take me in warmly and teach me the ways of screenwriting! : )

Jean Reno is angry... Angrier than Chuck Norris on acid... Too bad Chuck... Okay, never mind, this is turning into a Chuck Norris joke.
Well, some of us do know the craft rather well, and we can only pray that the adage of "Those that can't do, teach" doesn't apply to us. Feel free to ask questions; there's a lot of knowledge here you can tap into.
Thanks guys. It's good to know that you guys are open for any questions that I have. Well, I'm off to do some reading. Any scripts that you guys recommend which has all the formatting down and it's a good read?

Peter North, huh? That's almost as cool a name as Alex Cooper or Guy Jackson.
Welcome to our playground
Ha ha ha, I was just going to quote you to say thanks for the cmopliment when i noticed the name [quote=gregjbaldwin]. Greg J. Baldwin takes the cake, if that is your real name.

Sorry about not replying to this thread for a few days. My internet keeps going down due to a storm in my city that took out the power, and my cable is still recovering. Peter North is a name I use that substitutes my real name.
Thank you George, I'll be sure to look in that sticky!!!
I'm excited to get to know all your styles, and learn. I've got thousands of ideas in my head and on paper.
EDIT: Let me modify the thing about Peter North. It's my ghost name. I don't like spreading my real name out there. You can call me paranoid...

I spread my real name out there because I just don't want any confusion. I want to be known as a screenwriter, and acheive some level of being known. I figure if I remain consistent with who I am, I have a better chance.
