I'll bite. I don't think this has been covered elsewhere, but even if it has, maybe something has changed.

1. How old are you? 31
2. How long have you been writing? or what age did you start? I started at 18 by writing music, though I directed some narrative home videos at 16 without a script.
3. In your experience, is good writing a natural talent or something that people learn to do? It can go either way. But either way, you have to be able to just "know" when something works and when it doesn't. You have to be able to detach.
4. What is your current profession? You know, the one that pays the bills... U.S. Cellular in their call center talking to angry customers.
5. Have you had any scripts produced? If so, how many? 3: A play in 00 in Tulsa, a musical in 01 in Stockholm, Sweden, and a movie in 05 in Australia. Lots of other rumors of productions, but nothing materialized as of yet.
6. Are you only interested in writing or also producing, directing, or something else related to this craft? I would like to direct as well as write. Not interested in acting, and would produce only if I had to.
7. What writer(s) inspires you to write? The good ones.
8. What music inspires you to write? Hard to say. I don't write to music since I write at work.
9. What is your all time favorite tv show? Just one. The Simpsons
10. What is your all time favorite movie? Just one. Hard choice. Star Wars - if you consider all 6 films to be one narrative storyline, it's very clever. More originality in this than most writers have in a lifetime.

1. How old are you?

22

2. How long have you been writing? or what age did you start?

Since I was 17 -- not scripts. Journals, poems, etc.

3. In your experience, is good writing a natural talent or something that people learn to do?

Some people, I'm sure, have a natural talent for it -- others, like myself, learn (or try to learn).

4. What is your current profession? You know, the one that pays the bills...

The one that pays the bills? My g/f's student loans! J/k -- that and my employment at an antique store .

5. Have you had any scripts produced?

No.

6. Are you only interested in writing or also producing, directing, or something else related to this craft?

I've no interest in anything other than writing. I'm an introvert.

7. What writer(s) inspires you to write?

Writers? mostly poets -- Everyone from Bukowski to Plath to Agoos. It's a wide range.

To be able to articulate in so few words what the rest of us take volumes to say is, I think, extraordinary. Their work is a felt expreience. I'd like to be able to evoke similar experiences in others. I'm not there yet.

Also, I take inspiration from bohemian artists -- Warhol, Dash Snow -- mostly the life-style. I love freedom!

8. What music inspires you to write?

My current script, the one I'm working on, was influenced by The Doors' "The End." I like the existential angle. It has a kinda "it's all meaningless. What's it matter if we die" feel. Even so, if I could include a soundtrack, it would be comprised of Moldy Peaches songs.

9. What is your all time favorite tv show? Just one.

I'm not sure. I don't really like tv. Right now I enjoy Moral Orel, House, and Earl.

10. What is your all time favorite movie? Just one.

Life is Beautiful.

You haven't answered this yourself DDP.  Don't you think you should?

1. How old are you? I am old enough to not want to answer the question.
2. How long have you been writing? or what age did you start? I started writing poems when I was a teen. I dabbled with script writing in college. I didn't start writing screenplays until decades later.
3. In your experience, is good writing a natural talent or something that people learn to do? It?s a combination of both.
4. What is your current profession? You know, the one that pays the bills...Software developer. I think writing a screenplay is similar to writing a software application.
5. Have you had any scripts produced? If so, how many? If self-produced counts then 1, Aileen, it?s about an alien internet predator.  I'm pretty sure I will self-produce Modern Ethics as well-I wrote it for that purpose.
6. Are you only interested in writing or also producing, directing, or something else related to this craft? I like to direct and I have a bit of experience doing it (from a previous career) but it is too stressful. I prefer the writing.
7. What writer(s) inspires you to write? Ideas inspire me to write.
8. What music inspires you to write? The music of conversation.
9. What is your all time favorite tv show? Just one. Changes every half-hour.
10. What is your all time favorite movie? Just one. Changes every second.

Quoted from DDP
1. How old are you?

20 years young... or old whatever takes your fancy.

Quoted from DDP
2. How long have you been writing? or what age did you start?

I started writing songs (lyrics) around 14 or 15, started writing poetry around 16, and started writing screenplays at about 17 and a half.

Quoted from DDP
3. In your experience, is good writing a natural talent or something that people learn to do?

Both, it's 50/50. If you have a good story, you could screw up in the telling of it. Yet, if you're a good writer but have nothing interesting to tell, it'll be boring.

Quoted from DDP
4. What is your current profession? You know, the one that pays the bills...

Unemployed.

Quoted from DDP
5. Have you had any scripts produced? If so, how many?

Nope.

Quoted from DDP
6. Are you only interested in writing or also producing, directing, or something else related to this craft?

I'd love to direct and contibute in producing my own stuff. If I can by some snowballs chance in hell become a success at it, I'd like to expand to produce and direct other's projects too.

Quoted from DDP
7. What writer(s) inspires you to write?

Quentin Tarantino and Kevin Smith mostly.

Quoted from DDP
8. What music inspires you to write?

classic rock, modern rock, alternative, and metal mostly. Deepends on what mood I'm in, or what the tone of the story is.

Quoted from DDP
9. What is your all time favorite tv show? Just one.

Hard to say. maybe South Park or That 70's Show. Home Improvement and The Simpsons were great in their day too. Chappelle's Show is by far probably the funniest show ever though.

Quoted from DDP
10. What is your all time favorite movie? Just one.

Pulp Fiction.

What about you DDP? You didn't make with any answers. I feel jipped.

1. How old are you?
16
2. How long have you been writing? or what age did you start?
My dad used to alwayas tell me and my siblings stories before putting us to bed at night.  In second grade I wrote one of these down, a story about my hampsters, and sent it into a group that occasionaly came to our school called "Childs Play" (which, looking back, is creepy).  Anyway, they wouyld pick three stories sent in from the school and act them out.  They chose mine (or my dads if you want to look at it that way--he does), and I thought it was really cool.  After that I kept writing little stories and i neight grade they turned from stories into scripts.
3. In your experience, is good writing a natural talent or something that people learn to do?

1. How old are you?
34 (but I look 24)

2. How long have you been writing? or what age did you start?
I wrote my first short story at age 7 (a Sinbad epic 4 whole pages long).  Didn't write screenplays until I was 30.

3. In your experience, is good writing a natural talent or something people learn to do?
It's sort of a catch-22.  All you need is the desire and commitment to write, however if you have no natural ability you'll probably give up at some point along the way.

4. What is your current profession.  You know the one that pays the bills...
Courier for Canada Post.

5. Have you had any scripts produced?  If so, how many?
None but I did have one optioned by an amateur filmmaker.

6. Are you only interested in writing or also producing, directing or something else related to this craft?
Just writing.  I'll let others deal with that other stuff.

7. What writer(s) inspire you to write?
Caroline Thompson (Edward Scissorhands)

8. What music inspires you to write?
Stuff from the seventies (The Doors, BeeGee's, Earth, Wind and Fire... ).  There's something about the feel from that decade that always lifts me up.

9. What's your all time favorite T.V. Show?
Wonder Years! (it's a nostalgia thing, I guess)

10. What's your all time favorite movie?
Paper Moon!
