Good news folks!

My script “Sex Doll 7.0” sold to a producer in the US who will shoot it as animation

I might have more good news in the near future, but for now… this one is official.  And while I wrote this script for a *cough* rival site *cough*, the producer found my work here at simplyscripts.

So thanks to Don and you guys.

There’s a small favour I’ll need from any of the mods. I’m sorry to bother you (unless it’s bert).

While the producer didn’t ask me to take the script down from the site, I think it would be right to include a note about the sale by the script’s logline, something like “NOTE: The author no longer owns the rights of the script, which remains displayed solely as a writing sample”.

I will appreciate if you do that for me.

Thanks again.

Congrats on here too then Z haha. I loved that script. Out of interest who brought money up in the conversation? You or the producer?

Congratulations. Is it the first script you have sold?

Congrats, Z.

I took care of the note on the discussion thread for you as well.  Don will have to take care of the listing on the main page though, since that's a whole other ball of wax.

Yeah, fine.  Don't come lookin' to me unless the "favor" you need is euthanasia.

Yeah...that's right....go look it up, Mr. Fancy Pants Argentina Sold-Writer Guy.

I kid.  Nice one, Z.

Congratulations Z. I read the script and it will work great as an animated story. Best wishes on the project.

Matias,

Congrats.  That is great to hear.  However, since you no longer have the rights to the script, I will have to take it down, unless the new owner wishes to keep it up.
