Hi everyone, I've been writing recreationally for as long as I can remember but have never been a member of any community like this. A few weeks ago I read somewhere that the original script for "Tonight He Comes" had been posted on this website so I followed the link, eager to see how much Hollywood chopped up to make "Hancock" appeal to the masses.

As it turned out, I noticed the post on the front page about the one week challenge. While I often write on my own for myself, I've never really let anyone else read my material. This seemed like the perferct opportunity however to get some feedback on my style, so I joined this discussion board.

I'll probably just hang back for a little bit until I get the hang of things around here but I look forward to communicating with everyone here about the art of screenwriting.

Any questions about me? Don't hesitate to ask!

I'm a new kid on the Block,
'though I may not be Johann Sebastian Bach.

Welcome.  And read some scripts.
