Hi guys, I don't know wether here is the right place to do this...I’d like to suggest to you a new thread – or any other named thing – where every writer here writes down the best three works they have done until now.

For example my three best scripts were:

- My dear loo

- Criminal Mind (ex-Vine Leaf)

- Xmas Tales: A Lone Hand

Well, it's been done before, and it rarely works out too well. For some reason, these things tend to get out of hand when people go too self-promotional.

For myself, I tend to put my best work in my signature so it's on every thread.

This has sort of been done before in http://www.simplyscripts.net/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?m-1095531482 but it isn't the three best - it's all of them.

Otherwise check out these three scripts.

I don't consider my scripts as "bests" yet. My bests are short stories, articles and "parts" of scripts and novels.

Three of my favorites are:

Waiting with the Happy Man

A woman takes a sentimental bus journey passed her old haunts.

Grandpa Harbinger's One Wife and Double Happiness

A young nanny takes a job in the far north only to learn that "her job" involves a proposal she never dreamed of and money that's hard to refuse.

The Dash Detectors

A nerdy guitarist learns some slick moves from a sly guy promoter whose next promotional stunt reveals more than just a gimmick.

This last one came very close to winning in a contest. The judges enjoyed it except for the first story block, which I was kind of twisting to fit the confines of the challenge. But I really enjoyed writing it and I guess it came through because they all told me they hated to pass on it. LOL, something I did in it-- totally broke the rules, but they loved it. What was it? I'm just going to keep that my little secret LOL.

P.S.

The three above I've considered writing as scripts, but we'll see where the muses will take me. I hope it's someplace nice and cozy, with a crackling fire and a lot of love.
