...produced.

I must say, I am excited. Both films are nearly-wrapped. I didn't want to say anything until the projects actually took off, and so they did. I will be posting pictures of Survivalism soon.

You may check the Tradecraft Films page for information on Influence (now titled Sotto Voce). I've received a "raw" copy from it in the mail already.

Thanks to everyone -- and do mean almost everyone on the site -- for your support. I learned much from all of you.

--Julio

Don's Edit:

Survivalism can be read here and Influence can be read here.  Info on Sotto Voice (was Influence) from Tradecraft Films is here

Congrats Reaper. That's exciting. Were those features or shorts?

Congrats, Julio! Looking forward to seeing them. I didn't get a chance to read either one, but I will definitely check them out since you were the first to review Senior Year.

Best of luck with both projects! Keep us posted!

EDIT: I did read Survivalism... thought I commented on it, but I guess not. I did like it, though!

If I remember rightly, Survivalism wasn't exactly a barrel of laughs...or am I thinking of something else? Seem to remember an argument about whether you'd left a particular scene too ambiguous, too. Very odd.

Congrats, Julio! Looking forward to seeing the finished article.

Guess who's back? Back again?

Congratulations, Julio.

I'm only familiar with one of the stories (Survivalism) but I enjoyed it. Great job getting them produced. =)

Thanks, you guys. And thank you for the links, Don. Too lazy to post 'em myself. LOL.

Gracias, Senor Zeta

Shorts, both of 'em. Though Influence has been heavily re-written by Stephen Stough and myself, and turned out bit longer than anticipated.

We debated on it a lot, but the rape scene is still included in the shooting draft, so far as I know. I think they will tone it down in the final cut.

Congrats Julio, you'll soon be more famous than Julio Iglesias...you know, in time.

Seriously, the production looks very nice indeed! All the best to you.

Hmmm. Somehow, I knew someone would say that.
