I now definitely agree about removing references to rape from the logline. Even reading the Netflix summaries of Solondz's works, they tend to not mention the various threads of sexual dysfunction as clearly as my logline does.
I am likely to still include the necrophilia in my first draft, at least. I am looking to Happiness as inspiration, which has one of the queasiest depictions of sexual malfunction in a comedy I've ever seen - and still makes me laugh every time I watch it. (Welcome To The Dollhouse is still his best work tho).
