I writing a script where a prisoner is interviewed by law enforcement. Does anyone know the name of this room? Right now, I'm just referring to it as an interview room, but that just doesn't sound right. Phil

Yeah Phil, I think it's an interrogation room as well.

I was thinking interview room. You really don't need to interrogate someone who's already been convicted, y'know? Phil

Yeah, but it's probably still done in the same room, unless they have a special "post interrogation" room.
Yeah, that's called the "ass-whipping" room. No cameras in there.
But I do think it's an interrogation room by name. It just serves both purposes.

Like one of those rooms where the prisoner is separated by glass like in Half Baked? Or where they're sitting together with other prisoners around visiting their families like in Oz? I watch a lot of tv, what can I say?

I'm thinking along the lines where the prisoner would have a one-on-one conversation with someone. Like a lawyer, where privacy is desired.

Is it "like" a lawyer, or is it, in fact, a lawyer?
If you believe the rules of "movie world", these conversations often take place within the confines of a prison cell.
Hey, it's my tiny, little

The scene is actually for my sequel to
The Burnout (if you folks haven't read it, read it now!). In the scene I'm writing, Whitey (still with the FBI) visits Nick Schroeder in prison.

I'm not sure I understand what you said there, Helio, but I doubt I can download the blueprints to any prison. Phil

You can't have plants in prison, not enough sunlight.
If Whitey is visiting Nick in prison, that sounds more like they would be sitting across from each other, separated by glass, and talking through telephone recievers.
