Hey guys, i'm a fellow producer! Just found out about this site and its amazing.
I've been looking around for a particular kind of script. And i thought this is the best place to find something helpful.
I'm looking for a COEN- Style script, like Blood Simple, Miller's Crossing, Fargo...or like Burn After Reading for those who've read it. So more or less it has to be a Noir style script!
Maybe there is an actual screenplay like the one i'm after, here in the forum, but i don't have the time to look all of them.

Thanks in advance!

More Noir than Cohen, but feel free to try The Mountain King in the thriller thread.

13 feature scripts, 2 short subjects. One sale, 4 options. Nothing filmed. Damn.

Currently rewriting another writer's SciFi script for an indie producer in L.A.

Thanks Mike.

I'll have a read at it.

Any other one?

Cheers,

Donald

I personally don't have a noir script written, nor do I know one to recommend.

IAA, please understand if you don't receive much cooperation. It's usually customary on this board that, when a producer inquires for material, we feel a tad bit better if they couple the request with a resume or at least an uploaded video that shows some of their past work.

Do you have a piece of your past work you might be willing to show us or link to? Just to prove a tad bit more legitimacy.

PLEASE review my first SimplyScripts submission....

The work i have done till now is in pre-production, and i think the shooting stage will begin this summer. Is a romantic comedy actually. I wish i had something to share or show to you guys here.
As for the Coen style script, i would say that is the thing that i always wanted to produce.
And for those who understand the style i'm trying to get from the script,  they can develop a synopsis and let me know, it doesn't mean that the script must be written.

Cheers,

Donald
