I'm currently planning out a horror-comedy feature, and I'm looking to read scripts with a similar theme for research and ideas.

I've found the scripts for Slither, Tremors and Eight-Legged Freaks. The ones I'm really looking for are:

Shaun of the Dead
Severence
The Cottage

If anyone has any ideas of other films that would be good to look at, then by all means hit me with them. I'm looking more for creature-features than scripts featuring human antagonists...I know two of the ones I've asked for feature human killers, but it's really the British-ness I want to look at in those.

Thanks all!

Weirdly these are the films that inspired me to write my new feature, which I've just finished.  If you indeed write a horror comedy like these, I'll defo have to read it.

One of my favourite horror comedies is Braindead.  Also Bad Taste is a good one, and Young frankenstein is very funny.

Thought it was.  I kind of remember it, there's a bit where he's in bed and the guy walks down the wall above him.  Also I remember a funny bit in the cellar with him pretending someone elses legs are his own.

Clue -- Kinda horror/thriller/mystery movie.
Once Bitten -- Vampire, not-so funny, save a scene or two, movie.
Transylvania 6500 -- Not bad... Jeff Goldbloom is in it.
Return of the Living dead -- One of the best movies ever made. "ha"
My Boyfriends Back -- Zombie comedy. Not bad.

Just some off the top of my head.
