Hi guys and girls.........

Im looking for spec produced scripts to read ( produced in Hollywood). The only produced scripts i can find are shooting ones or <<hybrids>>. If you have a link or something please post it here.

P.S. Im looking for scripts that i can easily find the movie.

Thing is that a spec script is one that is written without an assignment, and most produced movies aren't done on speculation. If it is produced, you might or might not be read what could be considered "spec format" with scene numbers. Trouble is, there is no way of knowing without having a look.

The other issue there is that to find an actual spec would be something difficult since most movies are rewritten considerably prior to production and most scripts online that are produced will be the prod or close to prod versions. I found a few several years back on a site that I can't locate off hand where the posted scripts were considerably different from the final versions.

I mentioned Labyrinth in another thread, and I recall Halloween: H20 was a very early draft with an entire detective subplot going on that was never in the final product. I need to see if I can locate that site... If I can't, I have a couple of scripts from it in my own archives.
