I accidently came across this little gem on TV the other night. I had always heard of it but couldn't remember why I'd heard the name. I sat down to watch it and 2 hours and 51 minutes later I was still in awe of James Cameron's under sea masterpiece!! It was fantastic, a real adventure and Ed Harris was SUPERB and the rest of the supporting cast worked flawlessly together.

I don't want to ruin it for anyone, but it simply is a breathtaking film, I think made in 1989, and the effects are beautiful and I am always a sucker for any movie which delves into the deep blue sea.........In my opinion, there aren't enough movies about what is down there....lurking way way way deep beneath us all.....

Check it out, you won't be sorry!

Andy

- PS I want to buy the 2 disc special edition now, that's how much I loved it!!!
