I know, ack! PG-13 horror sucks! It doesnt! This was the scariest movie ive seen... ever! It's about a family who moves into a beautiful spanish house only to find it is already occupied... by dead children! Now Regina must race the clock to get her family out of the house before an elcipse, when it gets really scary...

Please see this film, it is exellant!

Fantastically underwhelming and lackluster. It has litterally no draw to it, for me. I thought it was very typical "as are most all ghost stories" and it had no real hook. It was inspired by Japanese horror and it shows.

I don't find Japanese horror to be scary and I "REALLY" don't find American horror to be scary... throw them two together and you come up with, what? Yup... that's right... A NOT SO SCARY MOVIE and also a NOT SO ORIGINAL MOVIE to boot!

Avoid this movie if you don't want your intellegence to be insulted. Watch this movie if you like SCREAM, GHOST SHIP, DARKWATER, THE GRUDGE among all the others in that vien. As a matter of fact, if you think the FOG remake was good... you'd probably like this movie.

I for one cannot stand any of the above. I cannot stand this movie in return.

Haven't seen this myself, and I have no real wanting to.  I have two friends who actually went to see this in theaters.  Two things you should know about these friends of mine: 1.) they both said that this is one of the worst movies they've ever paid to see in a theater and 2.) they went together to see "Alone in the Dark" theatrically, having never heard of Uwe Boll.

Oh, and a third thing: they said this was worse than "Alone in the Dark."

Ouch.

THIS FILM SUCKS! I rented it from the DVD Place a few days ago. I didn't know anything except for "I'd be scared of the dark again". This is one of the boring, lamest, no hook, stupid acting, stupid storyline and ugly characters movie i've ever seen! LAMEEEE! This was even as bad as my DEAD MEAT experience.
