I'm surprised no one has a review for this yet but here I go. Simply put, it is one of the best movies I have seen in a long long time. I'm sure you all know about the lack of dialogue but it works to perfection. The first half is just visually stunning, superb animation, and it's funny enough to entertain the kids but has a really good mood and feel to keep the adults intrigued.

The script is just perfect. It was a touching movie that anyone with a heart should be able to get into and it leaves you with a good message at the end. It's definetly not just light kids fare. I know it's not the most reliable source but it's already #6 in the IMDB top 250. Basically, I've heard nothing but good things. See this movie if you want to be entertained and touched by a good message accompanied by visually stunning animation.

This was a fun movie, it's interesting that Pixar seems to be the only company to hit a homerun with a CGI feature almost every time. Before the movie started there was a flood of previews for CGI movies, and all of them looked horrid.

It was a funny sweet movie. Stunning animation, there were a few breathtaking shots, a great score by Thomas Newman. At the end  NO SPOLIERS it seemed like the story was going to take a daring ( for Disney) bittersweet turn, one which would have been 100% satisfying and wonderful...but they played it safe. It's not a complaint, but it would have been good to see the filmmakers take the unexpected and different choice, instead of the safe one...if they had continued towards what would could be a bittersweet but hopeful ending, this would have been the movie of the year.

STILL - it's a highly enjoyable movie.

13 feature scripts, 2 short subjects. One sale, 4 options. Nothing filmed. Damn.

Currently rewriting another writer's SciFi script for an indie producer in L.A.

I liked the movie.
One thing is bothering me, and it isn't really the movie that bothers me, but it's IMDB making this #19 in the TOP 250.
Do people actually think this is better than The Departed, Citizen Kane, Reservoir Dogs, There Will be Blood, and No Country for Old Men?
