Just watched this and didn't think it was as funny as I was lead to believe.  I think minors or teens may really enjoy this film but the laughs were few and far between.

It's watchable as a one off and with the odd laugh I give this:

5/10

The gist of this film is the recovery of nukes, throw in a double-spy idea and add a dash of comedy and that's it.  Leave to boil for an hour and forty minutes and there you have it, an average comedy.

It's extremely average, I really didn't think it was funny, 4/10.

Isle 10- A series I'm currently writing with my friend Adam and it will go into production soon. Think The Office meets 10 Items or Less.

Best thing about it is Dwayne Johnson. He has a very engaging screen personality, and is a very good light actor. Who would have thought it, eh?

I didn't hate this movie but I do dislike Steve Carell in most of the stuff he does.

The Rock should do comedy action films because he plays those roles a lot better than the serious Doom type roles. He is too stiff. His agent should advise against taking a lot of these stupid roles he takes.

Without him Southland Tales would be complete garbage for me.

Alan Arkin's character was the funniest; "Holy sh*t! Holy sh*t! A swordfish almost went through my head!" was one  of most hilarious line I've heard lately.

I thought it had its moments. An enjoyable though forgetable watch as a whole. I loved it when Carell threw up in the F-16.

I thought it was a very enjoyable movie.  It kept enough flavor from the original series, but wasn't just a modern day clone.  Steve Carrell was perfectly cast as the title character and the rest were strong in supportive roles.

Looking forward to the sequel.  And for more Easter eggs in the film.
