I watched this on a drizzly Sunday with not much else to do, so that helped.  But I have to say this film had originality and heart.   It was sappy in a few spots and had a couple dumb plot points, but still a very nice film, IMO.   William Hurt gives a stellar performance as usual and the lead actress is mesmerizing.  Also an excellent soundtrack.

I'm not sure about this one, though it does look interesting.

i got half way through the Twilight movie and turned it off, so I'm hoping she hasn't written the same crap with a different setting.

Will wait for the blu-ray more than likely.
