I was looking forward to the premiere of the Halt and Catch Fire pilot on AMC, and I got to check it out earlier than expected. AMC is giving an advance preview of the pilot here:
http://www.amctv.com/shows/halt-and-catch-fire Lee Pace doesn't fail to give a knock-out performance (very different than Pushing Daisies, but there's something similar too--great casting call), and it's a blast to get dropped into the plot as he begins his deceptive plan to technological power.
If this period drama is as accurate as presented, IBM was the computer mafia lol! This is going to be a crazy good TV series.
