Wow.

This is a helluva little movie I stumbled upon on Amazon.com

It stars Nikolaj-Coster Waldau (Jamie Lannister of Game of Thrones) as a white-collar family man who makes a horrible mistake and is sentenced to a Federal Prison. In order to survive he joins up with the White Supremacists and from there his journey down a nightmarish rabbit hole begins.

The movie stars a host of veteran character actors that all turn in solid performances including Jeffery Donovan, Lake Bell, Benjamin Bratt, Holt McCallany, and The Punisher's Jon Bernthal as a White Supremacist.

i highly recommend you check this one out...
And I'd avoid the trailer as it shows too much.

For those who haven't seen it, FELON, is another very similar movie from the same writer/director that is also good.

I agree with the above opinions. I stumbled upon this one and gave it a shot. It was a nice, little surprise. It won't blow you away, but you'll feel that you've gotten your time and money's worth from it.

Films that have massive budgets can afford massive advertising, which programs people into believing they want to see it. Even though deep down they know it will likely be shit, people still turn out and spend money to watch something they wouldn't have if the film wasn't advertised so much.

It's like when a new song comes out by an artist... at first, we think it's shit... but then after weeks and weeks of programming (hearing it in supermarkets or wherever we go) we eventually start humming and singing along to the crap ourselves.

It all comes down to awareness. We, humans, are merely robots that believe we have free will. That believe the choices we make (whether that be music or the way we dress) are actually down to our own individual tastes and styles. It's all forced. Makebelieve. Bullshit.
