Alffy...that's a damn good point.  I didn't even think about that.  You're on top of it, bud!

Pia?  Could this be true?

One of my cats just ate my script, so it looks like I'm out as well.  Damnit!  My script was seriously the "Showgirls" of shorts.  It was a pure masterpiece!  I'm so upset.

No one is admitting anything. This whole thread has been an illusion.

So Pia, your comments of 'not entering' could be just a smoke screen?

no, I was being honest, but I have written entries totally smashed in the 11th hour before, so who knows what will happen.

I'm drinking a strawberry Crush.  Is that an illusion, or could it be reality?

Illusion?

Confusion... mission, superstition, admonition, devastation, confirmation... confirmation...

Ups, I'm back at confirmation again. My brain works in circles!

so...you're all admitting to have submitted something...it's supposed to be a secret

I thought we were just not supposed to put our name on the script, and that was the secret.  Oh well, I didn't really submit one anyway!  Ha!

Trained to read between the lines I read "It's UPS for me too! UPS may not be good though as I haven't received the confirmation yet"

To that I say: I haven't received one either, Steven. It's been sent manually, so don't worry about it. I know I don't! Worry about a confirmation... I think...

It's just the traditional keep-em-guessing entry ritual.  It made much more sense in the early days when everyone knew everyone else's writing.  It's not as meaningful now but it would be nice to keep the tradition alive.

IF i was submitting one, I'd still have half a page to cut.

This is a tough challenge. But then i wouldn't know, unless i decide to put one in.

If i submit, I think i have till 1 pm local time.

If i don't submit, well, it doesn't matter what bloody time it is.

PS just thought of a good title but probably won't need it, will I?

IF I meant all those smiley faces, this post would mean something, but it doesn't so just ignore what I have said and concentrate on what I haven't.
