Some of this discussion has gotten so tacky and unconstructive, I really don't think it would be good to continue it. If anyone wants to have a real person-to-person conversation with me, it might be better to e-mail me offlist. But please be polite and gentle. My ego has been bruised enough by all this nasty stuff.
But whoever asked about the professional agent: yes, they certainly did try to pitch my script for over a year. and they were legit. They didn't charge me any money. Just because some people think my script is shit, doesn't mean everybody agrees. Please stop the tackiness.
Bridget

Care to explain Bridget?

You are quick to refute our criticism, yet you provide no explanation as to why you think it's tacky and unconstructive.

Bridget, no one here s trying to be mean.  It's ust that, every now and then, someone pops in here and tells us that he or she is right and everyone else is wrong.  People have claimed production credits, winning screenwriting competitions that don't exist, or know big names in Hollywood.  Often these people get upset when others comment negatively on their scripts.

There are problems with your scripts; please don't argue it.  That agency that you worked with was yanking your chain by saying it was fine.  Please let us know who this agency is.  It would be worth looking into.

We should all stop the bickering and ganging up on Bridget (atleast for now) before we scare her off.

Everybody here has been way more helpful than both you and script deserve. You beg for feedback and when the feedback isn't rosy-red then you turn ugly and accuse everybody of bitching. What was that all about?
