Thanks to Barksid for the heads up on these:

After The Hunt by Nora Garrett hosted by Amazon MGM Studios

(August 13, 2024 draft) - A college professor finds herself at a personal and professional crossroads when a star pupil levels an accusation against one of her colleagues and a dark secret from her own past threatens to come to light.  (pdf) IMDb Info

Hedda by Nia DaCosta (Based on the play Hedda Gabler by Henrik Ibsen) hosted by Amazon MGM Studios

(undated, unspecified draft) - Hedda finds herself torn between the lingering ache of a past love and the quiet suffocation of her present life. Over the course of one charged night, long-repressed desires and hidden tensions erupt—pulling her and everyone around her into a spiral of manipulation, passion, and betrayal.  (pdf) IMDb Info

These are more will be posted on the scripts studios are posting for award consideration page.

I absolutely love the Hedda script and I can definitely imagine Tessa Thompson killing it. I'm happy Nia DaCosta is finally able to do something since her debut that isn't director-for-hire studio remakes or Marvel shit. It's absolutely crazy that the system chewed up a brand new director like her before she even got a chance to explore her voice fully.
