This script can you find here on simplyscripts.

The story I think is flawless it's a whole diffirent from the movie, but I loved this script. There's a few other people in it another person that has the same power like Neo his name is  GREGORY. Gregoy is recruited by Agent Smith and agent Smith is still an agent in the program in this version. If you have seen the theatrical tralier there's a scene that's very like in this script when Gregory and Neo are fighting.

Well all I can say is read it it's cool to see how much has changed.
Oh, I forgot the Merovingian, Persephone and the twins are not in it or is Seraph is in it.  No one beside Niobe is not in it. Well Neo, Trinity, Morpheus is in it and Razor.

Yeah I think this script would have been heaps better than Reloaded and Revolutions turned out. Is anyone even sure if it's an offical Wachowski Brothers script? I mean, would they've named one of their characters something as clumsy as Gregory? I mean, there's nothing wrong with the name, but all of the names in the Matrix have some kind of philisophical meaning don't they? Does Gregory have a deeper meaning?

This script was pretty good. The action was decent, I thought it was a lot more visceral and intense than Reloaded ended up being. It was also a lot better. Not quite so corny and over dramatic. Plus it had a wikid ending, with Neo stuck in the Matrix and having to chose between losing the war against the machines or killing like six billion people. The characters seemed to be so much more human than in the finished trilogy. They should've stuck with this one, if this was indeed written by the Wachowski Brothers.

Cheers, Chism.

I remember reading this script a few years ago, it certainly was better that the movie, expecially that bit where Gregory stopes that motorbike with his hand...

I loved the hole Gregory part with the script and Smith 1.2 because it shows the matrix as a program and it can creat agents after they are killed and update them even if the "update" still exist in Reloaded it wasn't as good as in this script.

I thought this one was good as well. I read it before I ever saw Reloaded, and boy was I disappointed when it didn't match up. I guess The Matrix was philosophical enough without throwing in a compex plot as well.

Yeah, that was the main problem with Reloaded, I think. They tried to put too much in it. The Wachowski Brothers layered the characters and situations with philosophical underpinnings but at the same time, wanted to have all this insane, crazy action and it was just too much. This script was a lot smaller, had a kind of simplicity that ran in the same vein as the original film.

Plus, in this one they didn't play the whole "bringing a character back from the dead. again," card, so that was a plus. That was the biggest problem with Reloaded. Trinity died and then she same back. He should either have saved her in time or she should have stayed dead. It's not like she was terribly important in Revolutions anyway. She just died again.

Cheers, Chism.
