Written by Greg Russo. A contained thriller set in an elevator for the majority of the film, detailing the events of the three people trapped inside.

I'm pretty sure this was Russo's first spec sold? Seems like contained thriller is the way to go nowadays if you want something sold.

It's a strange script this one, the first 70 or so pages were pretty good and held my attention but the third act really brought this down to M. Night Shyamalan level. I won't reveal too much but... When reading it, you just want to know what happens at the end and when you find out, you discover it was something totally unrelated and the biggest tonal shift ever. I died a little inside when I finished it.

I really hope they'll work on the final act before production officially starts. A good script brought down by the ending.
