That was... weird. Not sure what the point was exactly. A strange game show alright but I don't see the point. To show that we as people like to judge other by their misfortunes? I dunno. Also was very dialogue driven and nothing happening.
Minor Pg 1 Why not specify the age and gender of the EMCEE? Pg 1 What is "middle of the middle"? Why does it matter what Steve wears? Pg 2: problems -> problem's Pg 4: "...by anyone's lights" Not sure what this means.
Major Ok, so we have a four pathetic people, with a break-dancing Zander at the end. Other than the obvious escalation of maladies, what's the point? Is a falling man with no arms and legs supposed to be funny? (OK, I chuckled when he fell).

Thanks for the comments. This was an attempt at a bit of fun poked at the 'victim' generation. It seems everyone strives for victim status, and these people pushed the envelope, with unexpected consequences. If it missed the mark, well, that's what this forum is all about.
In this world you have made people's misfortune or odd behavior big stuff in the entertainment business, to me it kind of resembles the news you see nowadays, most if not all of the big stories are ... well...depressing.
One question though, if Rachel was so addicted to the news wouldn't she just listen to the radio/tv?
