Very well written.  The characters were realistic and the story flowed well.  You really tapped into the reality of "bullying".  Someone tries to befriend a person who has physical issues and their friendship is turned against them in the cruelest of ways.  Children can be cruel.  I went through bullying myself as a child.  Everyone always says, "It's part of life's lessons".  I don't agree with that.  I just think there are cruel people in this world who believe to make themselves look better they make others feel worthless by bullying them in front of others.

The ending was the kicker.  When reality finally hits your main character, it's too late.  You can't change what you've done and things will never be the way they were ever again.  You really wanted to pull for the lead character and hope that his former friend would forgive him, but we will never know that.  The ties that were bonded are now tethered and torn.  A sad ending to what could have been a great friendship.

Really liked the story.  Great job!!!
