Nice story. But I have a couple of things that I want to point out. Regardless of the size of the business, the proper hiring process must be followed when the business is hiring. When Ashley got called immediately for an interview without submitting any form of documentation was totally unrealistic. Because when hiring, businesses
must short list successful candidates first before they can be selected for an interview. And the fact that the interview was conducted outside at a park in front of just one person is also unrealistic. I think the  story has a nice strong message but those things make it hard to believe
