Really?  Supersonic speed?  In space?  Where no one can hear you scream?  Because there's no air?

How are Elizabeth and David sitting in chairs that are designed for 8 foot tall aliens?

If they're traveling faster than light speed then you run into problems with physics and time.

How does David point?  He doesn't have a body.  How does he control the ship?  Bluetooth?

I'm going to read this later because I liked the movie and I want to see where you take the story, but there are a lot of issues you're not addressing.
