Could've been a promising idea, but way too much chit-chat killed it.  I think I started skimming around page 12.  It was pretty wacky nonetheless.  Not much else to say unless the writer shows up.

The synopsis, unfortunately, made me smile more than the actual script. I take that back. I did laugh out loud to the C. Reilly oiling his neck image. Moronic people "can" be hilarious! It's just not shining enough in the script.

Like the above review mentioned, too much chit chat. If you are going to have two people just talking through the whole script then they better be spot on funny. Comedy is hard but rewrites could help tremendously. I would focus on just the dialogue and tweak it till it pops. The concept is funny. The script can be too.
