Peter,

You obviously know how to write so I'm not going to bother with that aspect.

Question:
Is this meant to be a screenplay for a feature or is this meant to be for television?
If it is for a feature, eliminate all of the TEASER, ACT I, END OF ACT I, stuff.
If it is for television, keep it.

I would suggest removing Page 2 of your screenplay.
While you should be proud of all your work, endorsing it in your screenplay is not common.
It would be like John Hughes writing Home Alone and listing; The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, Sixteen Candles and so on in his title page.
That is just my opinion.
