The logline started out promising. I was intrigued by the concept.  I think it could work.  Then end of your logline needs some work I believe.

The script format is completely wrong for a spec script.  I would take a look at some different scripts in the produced section of this sight to get a feel for the format.  

Also check out http://www.screenwriting.info/

If your trying to sell your script, you need to make sure you don't give them a reason to toss it aside.  In it's current form, it's very difficult to bring the reader in.
