I visit there pretty frequently. It’s been around for a number of years now, this is I think their third contest that they’ve hosted (I placed second in their Public Domain contest in the spring).
It’s a really supportive community with an active member base.

I can vouch for the Screenwriters Network too. I entered a short version of my Mermaniac script to Killer Shorts. Fingers crossed. (Though having read a bunch of the shorts here, I don't think I stand a chance.)

Thanks for the input. I'll probably drop one in.

I dropped a rewrite of COLD BLOOD into the contest.
Freaky, because the script finishes on Nov. 15, 2019... the contest deadline and the 60th anniversary of the killings that the script is based on... that's gotta be some kind of first. And, some kind of sign.
I think I should get bonus points for that.

Cue Twilight Zone opening music. Good luck, PK. It's a great spooky lil script.
Cold Blood didn’t advance. Gotta say, I’m a bit surprised it couldn’t even clear the quarters.
Oh well. I like it. Gotta be satisfied with that.
