Simplyscripts aficionados,

Some of you know me, many of you don't. I've been lurking around here for over 15 years and have been toiling away at writing for that long at least. I've also been dipping my hand into producing films and have produced several decent, award winning shorts over the years. Now I plan on producing features.

Here's my pitch to those who may be interested...

I'm looking for a (great) writer or writers interested in making a few bucks. I am offering $500 for a draft rewrite/development of two scripts in particular. Each submitted draft would be paid $500. Both scripts I plan on producing or getting funding by next year (after this COVID crisis is over). You would get no writing credit for said drafts thus making you an official ghost writer. The two scripts (The Dying Machine and Oblivion) are several drafts in the making so a rewrite shouldn't be very laborious.  It would be beefing up characters, fine tuning dialogue, maybe adding or changing a scene. You'd be guaranteed the money whether I like the draft or not. Of course, I would need to view some examples of your work beforehand. I know professional writers charge around 1-2 grand so this is lower than that. But those are professionals.

The question is "Why a ghost writer? Why not do it yourself?" I've been working on them for some time and feel like I have exhausted my eyes looking at them. Plus, time. Or lack thereof.

If anyone is interested, PM me. We'll talk. I'm even open to negotiation.

Joseph

Max,
Thanks for your interest! I have hired someone.

Also, why do you have a doe and why should I know where it is?
