Congratulations, Mark Renshow!  His short script Ganglers won best short script at the Boobs and Blood Film Festival. Judged by an all-female panel, the festival supports the charity Keep A Breast Foundation via this magazine. So please, consider a purchase.

Ganglers (12 pages (Short, Horror) pdf format) by Mark Renshaw

A jaded correction officer transporting a busload of restrained inmates must choose whether to defend the prisoners she despises when they are attacked by creatures with a twisted sense of justice.

Congrats, Mark.

I took a read of the script, too. Very nice work. I think the Ganglers have a future in a feature here. Just my humble opinion, but solid creature features are always in demand. It reminds me of Pumpkinhead a little bit, but I like the angle you take in that they always make it look like an accident so not to be discovered. And I dig their recruiting process. Good luck with it.

James.

Very cool, Mark! I remember this from a OWC a while back. I'll take a read of the latest revision as I'm sure it was cleaned up.

Congrats!

EDIT: I just reread it - f_cking awesome!

Thanks all. This is indeed the second competition win for Ganglers and I'm sure it would make a cool new feature franchise. Now if I could only get a big horror production company interested, lol!
